We have decided to come up with campaigns promoting physical activities and how it helps your bodies e.g. eye care campaigns, after school activities.
We have also come up with a lesson to teach students how to manage their time so that they can balance their time on the electronic gadgets and their exercise time.
Now, some ways to prevent this from happening:
1. Eat more carrots.
2. Take occasional breaks in between activities that involve electronical devices.
3. Go out to the park or go cycling.
4. Make sure to keep a reasonable distance, presumably 30cm away.
5. Look at green scenery.
6. Adjust screen brightness level to suit your preference.
